• Refreshing communications policy and procedures for a nonprofit in transition

  A national funder network embarking on a new strategic chapter needed its communications infrastructure to catch up. Over ten weeks, I ran staff interviews and a review of existing materials to produce a new Communications Policy and Procedures Kit and recommend where the team should invest next.
