I'm Andrew, an independent consultant and researcher helping organizations work through hard problems and bring new work to life. I collaborate closely with a small number of clients at a time and pursue independent projects.

I work as a researcher, advisor, and hands-on builder for organizations with ambitious goals. My support spans strategic advisory and planning, program management and implementation, strategic communications, and research and evaluation — most often for organizations navigating change, launching something new, or trying to understand and share the impact of their work.
